Suspended Ground Floors (Including Joists)

Floor 1

This shows an existing rotten floor replaced with new tanalised joists and flooring. The surrounding area was treated with preservative and existing ventilation bricks unblocked to give a new floor, which will last.

Floor 2

This floor was fitted to new tanalised joists, preservative treated underneath, lightly sanded and varnished using a two part hard wearing flooring varnish.

Floor 3

We also carry repairs where only a few joists are damaged as in this case.
